FSAE Hardpoint Jig Fixture

Designed and implemented a custom hardpoint jig for Longhorn Racing Electric to accurately locate and maintain critical suspension mounting points during Formula SAE chassis fabrication. I developed the fixture in CAD around the chassis geometry and suspension hardpoint coordinates, incorporating alignment features, dimensional tolerances, and manufacturability considerations to ensure repeatable positioning during welding and assembly. I also supported fabrication and fitment, verified the jig against the chassis, and helped integrate it into the manufacturing process as a reliable reference for maintaining suspension geometry.
