Fiber Optic Cable Fixture Prototypes

Designed and implemented a custom fixture for a fiber-optic enclosure used in reliability testing at Austin Reliability Labs. I translated testing and handling requirements into a CAD-based fixture design that securely positioned the enclosure while maintaining access to critical components and improving setup consistency between tests. The project included iterative design, consideration of manufacturability and technician usability, fabrication support, and final fit and function validation before the fixture was introduced into the laboratory testing workflow.
